This hotel had a lovely ensuite shower, a comfortable bed, and a drink-making area in the room. The bed was really comfy, but I felt the evening meal service lacked coordination among the waiting staff. However, the room service and housekeeping were good, and they offered grocery shopping and shuttle services. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and they also provided tours and ticket assistance. Overall, a comfortable stay but maybe some room for improvement in coordination.
